Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use bvsly.

bvsly (BVS Link Yolla) is a service for short links, QR codes, time-limited file transfer (Transfer), personal pages and notebooks (link boards). By using bvsly.com, our apps or a bvsly link, you accept these terms.

1. Account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google or Apple; there is no password. You are responsible for the security of your email account; do not share your sign-in code.
• You must be at least 18 to use the service. If you open an account for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• Information you provide must be accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Service and plans

• The Free plan comes with the limits shown on the pricing page (bvsly.com/pricing). Paid plans (Pro, Team, Organisation, Event package, Organisation yearly) add features.
• We may change features to improve the service. If we remove a core feature of your paid plan, we will tell you by email in advance.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use bvsly for:

• malware, phishing, fraud or spam;
• content that is illegal, hateful, exploits children, or infringes others' rights (copyright, trade mark, personality, personal data);
• chaining other shorteners to hide a destination or trying to bypass our security checks;
• automated use that overloads the service (other than the permitted API).

New link destinations are checked automatically (Google Safe Browsing, URLhaus, Cloudflare DNS filtering, a block list of shorteners); the destination of a stopped link is not shown to visitors. We may suspend or remove any link, file, page or notebook that breaks these rules, without notice, and close the account. Report abuse or ask for a human review: abuse@bvsly.com

4. Your content

• Files you upload, links you create and your page and notebook content belong to you. You grant us the permission needed to provide the service (store, display, deliver it).
• You confirm you have the right to share your content. You must be entitled to send any file containing someone else's personal or health data; the health-data box on the send screen is required.
• Time-limited files become unavailable when they expire; Transfer is not a backup service, keep your own copy.

5. Permanent short codes

A short code is issued once; it is never deleted or given to anyone else. Its destination can be changed. A link that breaks the rules is stopped, but its code is not reassigned.

6. AI

Help-window replies are generated by AI, can be wrong and are not binding. Personal page photos and music-box demos are screened by AI (details: bvsly.com/privacy).

7. Fees and payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; taxes are added at checkout.
• Before you pay, the pre-contract information and the Distance Sales Agreement are shown for you to accept: bvsly.com/mesafeli-satis?dil=en
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period until cancelled. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
• The Event package and Organisation yearly are one-off payments and do not renew; their term (6 / 12 months) starts on the payment date.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• 14-day no-questions-asked refund: if you write to billing@bvsly.com within 14 days of your first paid purchase, we give you a full refund, no reason needed.
• For one-off packages the 14-day refund applies if no event domain has been set up and the package has not been put into use (no event link or notebook opened).
• After 14 days: cancel your subscription at any time in Panel → My subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds for unused time.
• Details: bvsly.com/iptal-iade?dil=en. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. End of plan and closing your account

• When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan: custom domains and plan-specific features stop. Your links on bvsly.com keep working unless they are abused.
• Close your account in Settings → Delete my account: confirm with the emailed code; you can change your mind within 7 days; then your personal data is anonymised and your files are deleted. Short codes are never reassigned.

10. Availability and liability

• We work to keep the service running, but maintenance, infrastructure-provider failures or security reasons may cause interruptions. We are not responsible for the content of websites that short links point to. The service is provided as is.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data, reputation); our total liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or GBP 100 where nothing was paid. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before material changes take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and your right to go to its courts are not affected; consumers living in Turkey may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and consumer courts. The Turkish and English texts are equally binding; for consumers living in Turkey the Turkish text prevails. Pages in other languages are for information.
