| Price and taxes | The plan price is shown at bvsly.com/pricing and at checkout: in Turkish lira when paying from Turkey, in US dollars elsewhere. Taxes are added at checkout; the tax-inclusive total is shown before you pay. |
| Payment | By card through Stripe. We do not store card details. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. |
| Term and renewal | Monthly plans renew automatically each month on the same card until cancelled. The Event package (6 months) and Organisation yearly (12 months) are one-off payments and do not renew. |
| Performance | Your plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. |
| Cancellation and refund | You can cancel within 14 days of your first paid purchase without giving a reason and get a full refund (for one-off packages: no event domain set up and no event link or notebook opened yet). Notify billing@bvsly.com. Refunds go back to your card within 14 days. |
| Ongoing cancellation | Cancel a monthly subscription any time in Panel → My subscription; it ends at the end of the period. |

B. Distance Sales Agreement
1 Parties
Seller: BVS DOCTORS LTD as in the pre-contract information. Buyer: the person or organisation whose name, email and billing address are given at checkout.
2 Subject
The sale and performance of the digital service plan the buyer chose on bvsly.com.
3 Price and payment
As in the pre-contract information. Monthly plans are charged at the start of each period; price changes are emailed at least 30 days before they apply.
4 Performance
The plan is activated on payment and provided under the Terms of Service (bvsly.com/terms).
5 Cancellation and refund
The 14-day no-questions-asked full refund in the pre-contract information applies. Details: bvsly.com/iptal-iade?dil=en
6 Ongoing cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled any time and ends at the end of the period; no partial refunds for unused time.
7 Obligations
The seller provides the service under the Terms; the buyer uses it under the Terms and is responsible for the accuracy of the information given.
8 Disputes
Governed by the law of England and Wales; the mandatory consumer rules of the buyer's country of residence and access to its consumer bodies and courts are not affected.
9 Formation and records
The agreement is formed when the buyer accepts it at checkout. The pre-contract information and this agreement are emailed to the buyer after purchase and kept by the seller.
